Quality & Standards

The standards that define quick couplings — and the data discipline we apply to every order.

ISO dimensional standards

All couplings follow ISO 7241-1 (Series A/B), ISO 16028 (flat-face) or ISO 5675 (agricultural) dimensional envelopes. No "universal fit" vague claims.

Data-sheet honesty

Every spec states what must be confirmed — pressure rating, thread, material, seal compatibility — before you commit.

Interchange verification

Before we quote a cross-reference, we confirm the profile dimensions against the standard, not just a brand chart.

Seal and material traceability

Seal kits are stocked per size and series, so maintenance can rebuild instead of guess.

Documentation

Packing lists, COO and test reports available on request for importers and OEMs.

Responsive quoting

24-hour response on quote requests, with lead times stated honestly per line item.

The Three Data Points You Should Always Confirm

  1. 1. Profile — Series A vs Series B vs flat-face vs agricultural. They do not mix.
  2. 2. Thread — NPT, BSPP, BSPT, JIC or ORFS, and the size. Threads are not cross-compatible.
  3. 3. Pressure class — working and burst pressure for your circuit, per size and material.

Any supplier that cannot answer these three in writing for the exact part number is guessing.
